Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you start a project.
Every website has different requirements, but these answers cover the questions that often come up first.
Why choose a custom website?
A custom website is planned around your business, audience, content, and goals rather than the limits of a preset template. That can lead to a more relevant design, cleaner implementation, and a clearer path for future changes.
Can you build a website for a small business?
Yes. We primarily work with small businesses and local organizations. The goal is to create a professional website that communicates clearly without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Responsive behavior is planned from the beginning for phones, tablets, laptops, and larger screens. We consider more than layout width: navigation, forms, readability, touch targets, and content order all matter.
Can my website be optimized for search engines?
Yes. We build websites with search engines in mind, including clear page titles, relevant descriptions, organized content, helpful links, and performance considerations. These practices can help search engines better understand your website and its content. Search rankings also depend on factors such as competition, content, and how established your website is, so we do not guarantee specific search rankings.
Do I need to know anything about web development?
No. Bring your knowledge of the business, customers, services, and desired outcomes. We explain technical choices in practical terms and help identify what the website needs.
Can you update my website after it launches?
Ongoing updates and support can be discussed based on the website and your needs. These services are scoped separately unless they are specifically included in the project agreement.
Can you add scheduling or other custom features?
Scheduling, booking, administrative interfaces, customer tools, and advanced forms can be added depending on the needs of the project. Some features may require additional services or infrastructure, and we will recommend the approach that best fits the functionality you need.
How long does website development take?
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, functionality, feedback, and project complexity. After discovery, we can discuss a realistic project schedule instead of offering a generic timeline that may not fit.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting requirements depend on how the website is built and what it needs to do. We can discuss appropriate options and help account for deployment, but no specific hosting service is assumed to be included.
Can you work with an existing domain?
Generally speaking, yes. If you already have a domain name, we can work with it. We’ll review how it is currently set up and make sure everything is properly connected before your new website goes live.
What happens after I submit a website request?
The current form prepares an email in your own email application. Once you send it, Labisko Enterprise will review the details and follow up to understand the project. Submitting the form itself does not store information on this website.
